Communities Working Together to Improve Health with Information Exchange. |
|
Join us at the City of Kansas City Missouri Health Department to explore valuable lessons learned from communities implementing Health Information Exchange initiatives. Sessions will highlight the value these communities have realized and envision by working together, sharing resources, and building upon the open source model with OpenHRE to achieve quick and affordable results. Together with the audience, we will create a “community of interest” focused on achieving the benefits of health information sharing. |
